**CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Contract Support to join our team.**
**The main feature of this role will be to provide exceptional customer service and business support in order to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Business Unit. Understanding, anticipating and delivering to customer needs, achieving results within quality and time constraints.**
**What You Will Do:**
+ Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
+ Assess the nature and priority of client requests.
+ Collaborate with site teams and head office to ensure accurate processing of quotations and purchase orders.
+ Understand and adhere to the contract scope, ensuring all work aligns with its terms.
+ Generate and assign work orders to relevant resources using our systems.
+ Review overtime submissions across the account.
+ Identify and implement innovations to enhance performance and meet client expectations.
+ Coordinate the allocation of internal engineers for callouts and maintenance visits, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
+ Maintain QHSE documentation using company systems.
+ Maintain accurate records of personnel changes.
+ Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
+ Familiarize yourself with daily operations and the contract's specific scope.
+ Manage extra works submissions and approvals through client systems.
**What You Will Need:**
+ High School Diploma
+ Fluent English
+ Experience in customer service/administration
+ Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel (including basic functions and v-lookups), Access, and PowerPoint.
+ Experience with myBuy, Concept, and Maximo is a plus.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and methodical approach.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
