**【勤務地】クライアント先オフィス、データセンター(大手町、新豊洲、川崎)**
**【チーム構成】SDM 1名 , ICT エンジニア 新豊洲 7名 , 川崎 5名**
**Position Overview**
**This is a customer and team-facing role that provides exceptional customer service and business support, contributing to the continued growth and success of the business. You will deliver comprehensive and flexible administrative services to our client.**
**Key Responsibilities**
**■ People & Team Support**
+ **Promote CBRE culture within the team (posters, noticeboards, internal communications, team meetings)**
+ **Manage sickness and absence reporting, holiday tracking, and overtime coordination**
+ **Collate and process expenses; provide training to team members**
+ **Maintain personnel records (training, onboarding/offboarding, IT requests)**
+ **Handle calls and emails professionally and promptly**
+ **Attend relevant training courses and regular team meetings**
+ **Support IC card application and inventory management**
**■ Contract & Operations**
+ **Assist in preparing monthly contract review packs and attend review meetings**
+ **Order materials, parts, and PPE**
+ **Plan maintenance visits and support scheduling**
+ **Prepare monthly reports and predefined operational/financial reports**
+ **Act as system champion for contract-related tools (WebQuote, Dynamic, etc.)**
+ **Ensure accurate labor allocation in systems**
+ **Participate in customer work planning meetings and support scheduling**
+ **Drive PPM and reactive performance through engagement with engineering teams**
+ **Understand daily operations and contract scope (covered vs. chargeable services)**
**■ Quality Management**
+ **Maintain QHSE documentation using CBRE systems**
+ **Manage supplier reviews and ensure records are updated**
+ **Act as key user for CAFM system (PPM records, reactive tasks, reporting)**
+ **Identify and implement innovations to enhance performance and meet client expectations**
+ **Maintain accurate manual and digital records for full audit trails**
**■ Finance**
+ **Attend weekly finance meetings with contract managers and subcontractors**
+ **Review and process supplier invoices**
+ **Assist with month-end financial reporting and ensure deadlines are met**
**Requirements**
+ **Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English**
+ **Vendor management experience**
+ **Strong verbal and written communication skills**
+ **Problem-solving ability**
+ **Team player**
