**Shift: M-F 8am-5pm**
**Job Description**
Candidates must meet applicable Microsoft Federal vendor U.S. citizenship/residential requirements. Performs a variety of complex administrative projects, with an emphasis on contracts administration for a department or a division, primarily related to a structured business process. Complete special projects as assigned. Review business contracts for data to be extracted, formatted and entered into business tools in conjunction with the contract stakeholders and /or after negotiated agreements are concluded. Data entry into contract database. Organize workflow to effectively monitor documentation submitted through multiple departments. Coordinate contract reviews through meeting, conference calls and email. Serve as a point of contact to educate user community in the Contract Management & Compliance Process. Other duties as assigned.
