Contract Specialist
Qualifications: + 5+ years of relevant experience working with contracts. + Bachelor's Degree required. + Extensive contracting experience in the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industries. + Expertise in negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs) related to market research, data, and analytics. + Strong analytical abilities to identify opportunities within contracts related to savings. + Excellent communication and consultation skills to engage and influence stakeholders. + Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. + Experience with supply chain, procurement, project management, and vendor management. + Knowledge of contracts administration and supplier performance management. Responsibilities + Collaborate with stakeholders to execute contracting projects that align with strategic objectives. + Provide expert consultation on contract management with a focus on market research, data, and analytics. + Analyze Statements of Work (SOW) to identify and leverage cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high service standards. + Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and strong Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in demanding environments. + Monitor contract statuses and provide insightful updates and recommendations to the Category Associate Director. + Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects under tight timelines. + Implement process improvements and cost-saving strategies without compromising quality or compliance. Work Environment The work environment is a hybrid model with four days on-site. Typical hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
