Job Description
The Contract Specialist is responsible for identifying critical contract details, updating contract records, maintaining contractual records, proposal logs, and reporting. This role involves administering, drafting, and negotiating contract amendments and modifications, completing contract closeouts, and negotiating and administering non-disclosure agreements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00/hr.
