We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially savvy IT Sourcing Specialist to support the management of software renewals and tail spend contracts. The role focuses on ensuring supplier compliance with contractual standards, validating pricing accuracy, and driving value through negotiation on smaller-scale deals. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Legal and Procurement teams to streamline low-risk agreements and maintain contract hygiene across our portfolio.
ResponsibilitiesReview supplier software quotes, renewals, Statements of Work, and Change Order documentation for accuracy and completeness.Ensure inclusion of appropriate contract terms, conditions, and references.Confirm that pricing aligns with agreed contractual rates and entitlements.Collaborate occasionally with Legal on low-risk agreements to expedite review and approval.Lead negotiations on software renewals and tail spend deals to optimize cost and terms.Escalate material deviations or risks to sourcing leadership.File executed agreements and terms in the designated contract repository.
Essential SkillsExperience in supplier negotiation and procurement.Proficiency with SharePoint.Experience in IT software procurement, sourcing, and purchasing.Strong contract review skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Minimum of 3 years of experience sourcing for IT and professional services contracts.
Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree is highly preferred but not required.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with work conducted both remotely and in the office as needed, typically a day or two a week in Kalamazoo.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
