The HR Services Coordinator supports the onboarding function and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support and project coordination. The incumbent in this role is responsible for timely and accurately scheduling and coordinating interviews and pre-employment transactions for new hires. This incumbent is accountable for understanding the ChenMed onboarding processes to facilitate candidate management and other related onboarding activities.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organizes hiring managers’ interview calendar, schedules candidate interviews and coordinates pre-employment activities. May assist manager with creating requisitions upon request.Assists in the coordination and administration of routine onboarding transactions.Coordinates candidate travel for in-person interviews.Inputs and tracks applicant demographic data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Interacts and maintains communication with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Other responsibilities may include:

Responds to internal or external onboarding related inquiries such as policies, timelines, onboarding requirements, etc.Screens and manages candidate’s calls, emails and correspondences related to interview dates, travel arrangements and other inquiries.Provides feedback to hiring manager on applicant pre-screening interviews.Conducts facility tours for manager and above candidates, as needed.Completes candidate travel expense reports.Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:

High School Diploma or equivalent GED requiredAssociate’s Degree in Human Resources or a closely related field preferredA minimum of 1 year of work experience in recruitment, HR services or similar position required;Entry level experience in an administrative role, preferably with a focus in onboarding a plusExperience with Workday, Salesforce or similar applicant tracking systems highly desired

PAY RANGE:

$18.5 - $26.45 Hourly

The posted pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for this position. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for a bonuses or commissions.
