Beacon Hill is hiring! We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support high‑volume hiring for skilled labor roles. This recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers, manage full-cycle recruitment, and ensure a strong candidate experience from outreach to offer.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled labor positions, including technicians, operators, maintenance, trades, and field service rolesSource and engage qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms, community outreach, and industry networksScreen applicants for required technical skills, certifications, and hands-on experienceCoordinate and conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and support hiring managers in the selection processMaintain an organized pipeline of active and passive candidates to support immediate and future hiring needsBuild strong relationships with hiring teams to understand role requirements, workforce needs, and timelinesCreate and post compelling job ads tailored to skilled labor audiencesTrack recruiting activity and provide regular updates on pipelines, challenges, and recommendationsEnsure compliance with all company, federal, and state hiring requirementsRepresent the company with professionalism and provide an excellent candidate experienceSupport onboarding coordination as needed to ensure smooth transitions for new hiresUtilize ATS tools efficiently to manage candidate flow and maintain accurate data

Qualifications

Proven success recruiting for skilled labor positions in manufacturing, construction, logistics, or related fieldsExperience managing high-volume requisitions with tight deadlinesStrong sourcing skills and comfort engaging candidates in hands-on technical rolesAbility to assess technical aptitude based on experience, certifications, and work historyExcellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skillsProficiency with ATS platforms and standard recruiting toolsAbility to work independently in a contract or remote environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality hiring A1445984CHI_1770247004 To Apply for this Job Click Here
