Our client, a growing financial services firm, is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support their expanding Talent Acquisition function. This is a 3‑month contract recruiting for wealth advisors, financial advisors, and client‑facing sales roles. The ideal candidate will have deep experience recruiting for licensed financial professionals and thrive in a high‑growth, collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree, required.7+ years of experience recruiting wealth advisors, financial advisors, CFP and/or Series 65 talent, required.Experience hiring for sales or client development roles within financial services, preferred.Strong understanding of advisor pipelines, certifications, and industry requirements, required.Experience with UKG, preferred.Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple requisitions, required.

The pay for this role is $50-$65/hour.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
