Contract Recruiter
Location: Hybrid in Cambridge, MA (Onsite 3+ days/week)

Our client, a tech startup in Cambridge, is looking to hire a Contract Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for both technical & non-technical roles. This will be a 3-month assignment to start, with potential to extend based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

Consistently drive candidates through the entire hiring lifecycle while providing an unparalleled candidate experienceGuide and coach hiring managers from job intake to candidate closeManage job postings and candidate activity in ATS Source passive talent through a variety of channels for evergreen and high-priority roles

Qualifications:

4+ years of recruiting experience, including proven ability to fill technical rolesStartup experience strongly preferredTrack record of successfully managing multiple reqs in a fast-paced environmentTech-savvy, especially with ATS (Greenhouse or Lever preferred)Strong communication skills
