Contract Recruiter (Manufacturing) — 6-Month Assignment Tulsa, OK (Onsite) | $40-60/hr | 40 hrs/week Are you a hands-on recruiter with a passion for manufacturing talent and a knack for managing the full recruiting cycle? We're looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our team for a 6-month engagement, supporting high-volume hourly hiring in a dynamic production environment. This is a 40-hour/week onsite role offering $40-60/hour, DOE. You’ll work alongside operations and HR teams to ensure we attract and retain the right people—quickly and efficiently. What You'll Do + Own the end-to-end recruitment process for hourly manufacturing roles + Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms + Schedule and conduct candidate interviews, manage feedback loops, and coordinate next steps + Oversee onboarding, orientation scheduling, and new hire documentation + Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategic sourcing plans + Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through Day One + Track recruiting activity and ensure timely communication across all stakeholders What You Bring + 3+ years of recent, successful, full-cycle recruiting experience, for manufacturing hourly roles + Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools + Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines while maintaining quality and speed + Experience coordinating interviews, onboarding, and orientation logistics + Clear communication skills and a high level of professionalism with hiring teams and candidates + Strong organizational skills, you know how to keep things moving and stay ahead of deadlines and anticipate needs + Comfortable working onsite in Tulsa, OK **About ManpowerGroup, Parent Company of:** **Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions, and Jefferson Wells** _ManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company, helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.
