Contract Recruiter
**Position: Contract Recruiter** Location: Onsite – Junction City, KS Contract Duration: 90 Days (Seasonal – Holiday Support) **Schedule & Pay:** **Core Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday** **Pay Range: $30-$40 per hour, based on experience** **Occasional Saturday support may be needed based on hiring demand.** Overview: We are looking for experienced Recruiters to support high-volume hiring for Material Handlers and Equipment Operators during the busy holiday season. These positions require working onsite at our Junction City, KS location and partnering closely with operations and HR to meet critical hiring goals. **Key Responsibilities:** Manage the full recruitment cycle for hourly warehouse roles, including: Sourcing and screening candidates Conducting interviews Extending offers and managing the onboarding process Coordinating background checks and other pre-employment requirements Support and participate in local recruiting events such as open houses, job fairs, and community hiring initiatives. Maintain detailed tracking of recruiting metrics and report progress to leadership on a near-daily basis. Manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Collaborate with onsite leadership to ensure staffing goals are consistently met. **Qualifications:** 1–3 years of recruiting experience (preferably in high-volume or warehouse environments). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities. Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office tools. Willingness to work occasional weekends or extended hours if business needs require. Contract Length: 90 days, with potential for extension based on business needs.
