We are looking for a Contract Order Administrator 3 to be located in Rocket Center, WV.
The Contract Order Administrator will:
Enter data related to incoming customer contracts for commercial, government, domestic and international customers into applicable business systems using defined computer software.Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.Validate data with applicable customer purchase documents and internal policies, procedures and business system requirements for completeness and accuracy.Investigate questionable data and recommend actions to resolve discrepancies.Notify appropriate departments of any new or updated data.Maintain audit trails.Perform a variety of activities in support of the functional areas of Business Management in furtherance of their goals and initiatives.Basic Qualifications for Level 3:
High School diploma with 4 years of relevant education or work experienceBasic experience with government contractingMust have excel experience with ability to understand macros and use basic formulasPreferred Qualifications:
Some experience working with SAP or other Enterprise Resource SystemSome experience or knowledge of government contractsAssociates or Bachelor's degree with 2 additional years of work experiencePrimary Level Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $70,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
