One of our financial client is seeking a Contract Manager to join their team. As a contract manager you will manages and controls the contractual relationship with Technology and Data Services suppliers (including enterprise agreements and Software as a Service). **Position Summary:** **Job Title: Contract Manager** **Location: Phoenix, AZ 85054 (3 days in office – Hybrid role)** **Contract role 7 -12+ months with possible extension** **Note: Hybrid role in AZ - work 3 days in office. Wednesday is the team day and the other 2 are flexible. Typically try to avoid Tue due to heavy traffic in office.** **Manager is seeking someone who has strong excel and powerpoint skills to help with pricing analytics and business case/negotiation strategy development. Strong communication skills and relationship management will also help.** Description: Manages and controls the contractual relationship with Technology and Data Services suppliers (including enterprise agreements and Software as a Service). Coordinates contract activities, including contract development, negotiation and transition. Creates, negotiates and incorporates contract amendments, renegotiating the contract, if required, to accommodate scope changes or changes in organization requirements. Lead through strategic thinking, financial analytics, external marketplace focus and partnering closely with business units to influence and help drive key, strategic business decisions. Develop strategic, forward thinking global category plans with multi-year value generating sourcing initiatives to enable the business success. Bring external insights, innovative ideas, and an enterprise view on market trends, competitive landscape value generation and strategic sourcing opportunities. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
