Responsibilities Support the projects team by monitoring compliance, manage contract changes, identify risks and advise on active contracts Assist with the interpretation of contracts and support flexible contracting models Contract negotiations  Provide consultative support to the marketing and sales teams
Requirements Law degree / LLB 5-10 Years experience in contract management from a high-tech or engineering environment Experience with global customer contracting and regulated environments Regulatory knowledge: familiar with ITAR, EAR, FAR/DFARS, IP licensing models, Incoterms and data security clauses
