Our client, a leader in legal and commercial services, is seeking a Contract Management Practitioner to join their team. As a Contract Management Practitioner, you will be part of the Contract Management team supporting multiple projects and accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Contract Management Practitioner
**Location: New York, NY (Remote)**
**What's the Job?**
+ Support contract management teams across various projects and accounts to ensure compliance and efficiency.
+ Collaborate with account leadership and stakeholders to understand client needs and support strategic objectives.
+ Assist in the negotiation, drafting, and management of client contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.
+ Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and contractual risks and issues proactively.
+ Engage in pre-award sales activities and provide contractual support to facilitate deal shaping and negotiations.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
+ Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in contract management.
+ Membership or certification from IACCM or NCMA is a plus.
+ Ability to work effectively across different cultures and geographies.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building trusted client relationships.
