Contract Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support a short‑term project focused on inbound shipments and bonded warehouse processes for the Latin America (LAR) region. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with CBP bonded or FTZ warehouse operations, strong understanding of ocean/air import logistics, and comfort working with customs documentation and inventory controls.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and track sales and transfer orders for Latin America from creation through completion.Maintain full accuracy of order documentation, quantities, inventories, and status updates across systems.Support CBP bonded warehouse processes, including withdrawals, inventory tracking, and customs entry summary follow-up.Perform inventory reconciliation and maintain audit-ready records.Work closely with internal teams to ensure shipments move efficiently and in compliance with bonded/FTZ requirements.Communicate with Latin American partners and stakeholders as needed (bilingual preferred).Utilize SAP S4/HANA for order management and tracking.Maintain tracking, reporting, and reconciliation worksheets using advanced Excel skills.RequirementsDirect experience with bonded and/or FTZ warehouse processes (must-have).Familiarity with LAR region logistics and order flows.Knowledge of inbound ocean and air import processes.Strong attention to detail and an analytical, accuracy-focused approach.Proficiency in Excel (formulas, reconciliation, tracking).Experience with SAP S4/Hana preferred.Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.Additional DetailsOnsite position, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.Contract duration: 2-3 months.
