Contract Logistics Coordinator

Manufacturer company in Charlotte is looking for a Contract Logistics Coordinator to join their team for a project. Hours: 8:00-5:00, M-F. 22/hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Overview:
A global logistics team is seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to support inbound Ocean/Air Import operations for Latin America. This role will focus on managing sales and transfer orders, ensuring accurate documentation across systems, and supporting inventory and bonded‑warehouse processes. Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred due to frequent communication with LATAM partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and track inbound sales and transfer orders from creation through completionMaintain accurate order documentation, quantities, and status updates across multiple systemsSupport inbound Ocean/Air Import logistics for Latin AmericaWork with CBP bonded warehouse processes and ensure all requirements are metPerform inventory reconciliation and assist with related reportingUtilize SAP S4/HANA to process and monitor ordersWork in Excel to track data, run formulas, and support reconciliationsCommunicate with internal teams and LATAM contacts to ensure smooth order flow

Qualifications:

Experience with inbound logistics; Ocean/Air Import knowledge requiredSAP S4/HANA experience strongly preferredStrong Excel skills (formulas, reconciliation, tracking)Experience with CBP bonded warehouse processesBilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferredDetail‑oriented, analytical, and accurate with documentation
