Job overview and responsibilities
Ensures all corporate agreements are set up and implemented in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracyIs responsible for maintaining contracted agency information and serving as a key liaison between various internal departments and external customersCoordinate with Legal, Joint Venture Partners, Revenue Accounting, and Fare Filing departments to ensure seamless contract executionAdapt contract administration processes to integrate with evolving sales processes, goals, and policiesUtilize exceptional follow-up and time management skills to maintain project momentum across multiple stakeholdersImplement contracts using Salesforce platformCreate and maintain necessary documentation to initiate and track contract builds for the departmentEnsure data accuracy and system integrity throughout the contract lifecycle
This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.
QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree or related experienceMicrosoft Office SuiteTwo years equivalent experience with increasing levels of responsibility or two years of airline sales or travel industry experience (supplier, consultant, Travel Management Company, etc.)Excellent oral and written communication skills.Time management skills / ability to prioritize in a demanding environmentAbility to travel for meetings and trainings up to 20%Must be legally authorized to work in Argentina for any employer without sponsorshipMust be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
