Our Sales team works closely with travel agencies, United travel departments, corporate clients and more to provide phenomenal customer solutions that lead to fruitful business relationships. And through valued customer feedback, optimized partnerships, and innovative sales strategies, Sales continues to be the largest revenue-generating department at United. **Job overview and responsibilities** + Ensures all corporate agreements are set up and implemented in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy + Is responsible for maintaining contracted agency information and serving as a key liaison between various internal departments and external customers + Coordinate with Legal, Joint Venture Partners, Revenue Accounting, and Fare Filing departments to ensure seamless contract execution + Adapt contract administration processes to integrate with evolving sales processes, goals, and policies + Utilize exceptional follow-up and time management skills to maintain project momentum across multiple stakeholders + Implement contracts using Salesforce platform + Create and maintain necessary documentation to initiate and track contract builds for the department + Ensure data accuracy and system integrity throughout the contract lifecycle **This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.** **Qualifications** **What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):** + Bachelor's degree or related experience + Microsoft Office Suite + Two years equivalent experience with increasing levels of responsibility or two years of airline sales or travel industry experience (supplier, consultant, Travel Management Company, etc.) + Excellent oral and written communication skills. + Time management skills / ability to prioritize in a demanding environment + Ability to travel for meetings and trainings up to 20% + Must be legally authorized to work in Argentina for any employer without sponsorship + Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) + Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification + Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position **What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):** + Bachelor's degree or related experience + Salesforce
