Our client, a nonprofit community-owned health system, is looking for a strategic HR Business Partner and trusted advisor to senior leadership. The role focuses on driving organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and culture through comprehensive human resources expertise. The individual will partner closely with leaders and HR colleagues to deliver impactful solutions across employee relations, talent planning, performance management, engagement, retention, and change initiatives. This role typically reports to the AVP of Human Resources. This is going to be a full time, 40 hour work week that is fully onsite. The schedule is 8-5 with some flexibility.
ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted collaborator and advisor to senior leaders and managementPartner with business leaders on change management, organizational effectiveness, and culture initiativesProvide strategic HR guidance across employee relations, compensation, talent planning, and succession planningSupport leadership development, performance management, and engagement strategiesDrive retention initiatives and workforce planning aligned with business goalsCollaborate with HR partners and business stakeholders to implement people strategiesLead and support change initiatives within complex organizational environmentsBuild team effectiveness and address conflict resolution and group dynamics challengesApply strong diagnostic and analytical skills to assess organizational needs and recommend solutionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field requiredMaster's degree preferred10+ years of experience in HR leadership, HR business partnership, or client management roles5+ years of people management experience requiredDemonstrated experience in strategic talent planning, engagement, and retentionStrong leadership, influence, and negotiation skillsAbility to effectively interact with individuals at all organizational levelsAdvanced diagnostic, conceptual, and strategic thinking abilitiesProven capability to implement and execute HR initiativesStrong business acumen, systems thinking, and project management skillsExpertise in change management, organizational development, and team effectivenessExcellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skillsAdvanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills 1445308_1769786911 To Apply for this Job Click Here
