**Job Title:** Contract Conformance Specialist III
**Location:** Calgary, AB
Our client is seeking a Contract Conformance Specialist III to join their team. As a Contract Conformance Specialist III, you will be part of the Supply Chain Management supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Manage the flow of documentation and communication related to contractual relationships to ensure obligations are met.
+ Facilitate the preparation of purchase orders, work releases, and contract exhibits.
+ Support project management in contractor contract negotiations during the bidding and formation phases.
+ Review contractor submissions for compliance and notify contractors of any deviations.
+ Coordinate contract close-out processes to ensure compliance with related contracts.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, legal, technical, or business discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of employees and management.
+ Strong organizational and technical writing skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Oracle.
+ Experience in managing multiple tasks with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
