**Job Title:** Contract Conformance Specialist III **Location:** Calgary, AB Our client is seeking a Contract Conformance Specialist III to join their team. As a Contract Conformance Specialist, you will be part of the Supply Chain Management supporting major projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Description:** + Manage the administration stages of contracts for assigned capital and maintenance projects. + Facilitate the flow of documentation and communication related to contractual relationships. + Identify, communicate, and resolve contractual matters in a timely manner. + Interact with third parties and in-house departments to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. + Prepare and maintain project contract documentation and correspondence logs. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, legal, technical, or business discipline with relevant experience. + Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and organize information effectively. + Experience with large Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Agreements is highly desirable. + Strong technical writing skills and proficiency in office applications such as Microsoft Office and SAP. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work on major projects. + Collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional development. + Engagement with diverse teams across various functional groups. + Involvement in contract negotiations and compliance audits. + Chance to contribute to impactful projects in the energy sector.
