**Job Title:** Contract Conformance Specialist III **Location:** Calgary or Edmonton, AB Our client is seeking a Contract Conformance Specialist III to join their team. As a Contract Conformance Specialist III, you will be part of the Supply Chain Management department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Description:** + Manage the day-to-day conformance responsibilities for all contractual arrangements of assigned capital and maintenance projects. + Facilitate the timely identification, communication, and resolution of contractual matters. + Lead contract negotiations with potential proponents during the contract bidding and formation phases. + Review documents submitted by contractors for compliance with contract and notify contractors of non-compliance. + Coordinate with project teams to develop project-specific communication plans and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, legal, technical, or business discipline, or an Associate's degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. + Specific knowledge and experience in contracting processes related to energy industry construction projects. + Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of employees and management. + Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with reasonable supervision. + Proficiency in office computer applications such as Microsoft Office, SAP, Oracle, ProjectWise, and SharePoint. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work on major projects. + Engagement in a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth. + Collaboration with a diverse team of professionals across various departments. + Involvement in innovative renewable energy projects. + Chance to enhance your skills in contract administration and compliance.
