REMOTE OPPORTUNITY SALARY: $70k OVERVIEW OF JOB The Contract Compliance Analyst position is a multi-dimensional role that requires extensive cross-functional interaction and facilitation, contract and data analysis experience and skills. The position’s primary objectives are to ensure compliance with customer requirements by maintaining subcontracts up to date with customer specific terms and conditions, keeping the Director of Subcontractor Compliance updated with key metrics, facilitating the process of updating customer records in the company’s ERP with applicable terms and conditions and attending cross-functional meetings to prepare for new contracts and communicating with subcontractors as needed. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS •    Reviews customer contracts to extract terms and conditions that need to be sent to subcontractors such as scope of work, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), criminal background and drug testing requirements •    Develops contract templates such as Amendments, Addenda and compliance attestation letters using word processing software with applicable terms and conditions and sends finalized and approved templates with terms and conditions to subcontractors via electronic signature software •    Monitors and measures the lifecycle status of contract documents sent to subcontractors such as number of documents sent and signed or not signed. •    Conducts outreach to subcontractors to ensure they sign contract documents by any applicable deadline and makes recommendations to terminate if applicable for failure to agree or sign a required contract document. •    Prepares spreadsheets with customer specific criminal background and drug testing requirements to ensure customer records are updated accordingly in the company’s ERP •    Sends completed spreadsheets with customer specific criminal background and drug testing requirements to cross-functional team responsible for updating customer records in the company’s ERP •    Frequently monitors new customer records in the ERP to ensure their contracts are proactively reviewed for terms and conditions that need to be passed down to subcontractors •    Develops or revises process or guidance documentation such as flowcharts, checklists and other miscellaneous documents  •    Provides overviews and general guidance to cross-functional staff and third-party subcontractors to ensure contract terms and conditions are understood to ensure compliance •    Regularly meets with leadership team to share and review performance measurements, provide constructive feedback, brainstorm and share ideas •    Develops ad-hoc and management reports as needed to Director of Subcontractor Compliance •    Prioritizes workload and works independently and communicates clearly and professionally •    Assesses current processes on a frequent basis to identify process improvement opportunities •    Takes initiative to set up meetings with staff to gather information, resolve issues, mitigate risk or discuss ways to solve problems and improve processes •    Performs other related duties as required and assigned to support the Subcontractor Compliance Department QUALIFICATIONS •    Experience with contract administration •    Highly proficient in Excel and Word •    Has excellent communication skills, both oral and written •    Possesses strong mathematical skills, ability to analyze and disseminate data, and create reports •    Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions •    Superior attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and editing skills •    Demonstrates ability to be flexible, prioritize tasks and responsibilities and complete duties and projects within allotted time •    Able to respond to change productively and to handle additional tasks and projects as assigned EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/EDUCATION •    Knowledge of customer service, and supply chain management principles and practices •    5 years of experience and knowledge of contract administration •    Bachelor’s degree in business administration is highly preferred  •    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook, with an emphasis on Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Graphs, etc.). •    Must be able to read and interpret documents, such as letters, email communication, contracts, instructions and procedure manuals in oral, written or diagram form •    Must be able to perform basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) using whole numbers, fractions, decimals and analyze statistical reports  •    Bilingual English/Spanish preferred The salary range for this position is based on market data and is intended to provide a general guideline for the position. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and geographic location.  The final offer will be determined through a comprehensive evaluation during the hiring process.
