Contract Compensation Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Boston (2 days/week onsite)

A client in the healthcare space is conducting a search for a Contract Compensation Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a few years of direct compensation experience with strong analytical and Excel skills.


Responsibilities:

Support the compensation planning processConduct job evaluations for new and existing positions to determine market compensation level, internal equity, and moreUtilize and maintain the compensation module within Workday Manage benchmarking data

Qualifications:
