Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking a Contract Benefits Administrator to join its Human Resources team in New York City for 3-6 months. This role will lead end-to-end administration of employee benefits programs during a transition period and is critical to ensuring continuity, compliance, and a high-touch employee experience. Bachelor's degree, required.5+ years of hands-on benefits administration experience, required.Financial services or professional services experience, required.Experience in matrixed or lean environments, preferred.Strong working knowledge of benefits compliance and regulatory requirements, required.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex benefits concepts clearly.Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information with discretion.

The pay for this role is $40-$58/hour.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
