Responsibilities The Opportunity The Contract Analytics Analyst supports the rollout of the Global Contract program for S&T by coordinating contract data analytics, validation, and reporting. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of contract data, tailoring analytics to procurement needs, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive strategic sourcing and compliance. Your Impact As Contract Analytics Associate Manager your scope would consist of: This role is part of a broader initiative to build a Contract Analytics capability that supports: • North America scope initially, with potential global expansion. • Integration with Digital Procurement, D&AI, and Supplier Relationship Management. • Alignment with the Contract Management & Analytics Conceptual Architecture and Global Procurement’s technical roadmap. • Support and Coordinate the Golden Frame Data Structure: Act as the primary coordinator for the “golden frame” contract data structure, ensuring all contract elements are accurately captured, classified, and maintained for analytics and reporting. • Validation Stop for Data Prior to Consumption: Serve as the final validation checkpoint for contract data, performing random sampling and quality checks before data is consumed by downstream systems or analytics platforms. • Tailor Analytical Reports Based on Procurement Needs: Develop and customize analytical reports to address specific procurement requirements, including spend analysis, supplier risk, compliance, and contract performance metrics. • Join and Lead Meetings with Cross-Functional Partners: Actively participate in and lead meetings with Procurement, Technology, Data & AI, and other business partners to align on contract analytics objectives, resolve data issues, and support program rollout. • Support Rollout of Global Contract Program (S&T): Provide analytics and reporting support for the implementation of the Global Contract program, ensuring alignment with S&T business goals and compliance standards. • Own contract analytics toods/dashboards and maintain data accuracy. • Lead data extraction, cleansing, and enrichment from CLM systems (Selectica, Ariba, Terzo). • Drive compliance reporting (GISR, legal, sustainability) and advanced analytics. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on global initiatives (e.g., Supplier Hub, Risk Intelligence). • Coach junior analysts and contribute to capability building. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? • Bachelor’s Degree • 5+ years’ experience in contract analytics, procurement analytics, or related data management roles • Advance/Fluent English • Excellent Functional knowledge Depth of different aspects of Procurement such as sourcing, category management, processes and tools, knowledge in Food & Beverage industry a plus • Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management and procurement systems. • Experience with Power BI, SpendHQ, and CLM platforms. • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage stakeholders. • Functional expertise: Very good knowledge of the Travel and Financial Services Industry (supplier & competitor landscape, market fundamentals, etc). • Breath / Depth experience in sourcing processes and technologies, with experience of implementing them in a global and regional environment • Interpersonal skills – Strong communication and influencing skills to all organizational levels • Strategic thinking: Ability to translate strategies into plans that can be effectively executed. • Communication skills: Communicates effectively to win support. Proactively shares information, best practice and ideas with others throughout PepsiCo. o Effective verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate well to project stakeholders including senior leadership and cross-functional partners • People Management skills: Encourages and coaches people to build their skills. Fosters a positive and inclusive work environment where people feel respected & valued for their contributions. • Analytical thinking: Ability to quickly analyze data and transform it into meaningful insights. • Comfortable working within complex matrix organization • Affinity with technology applications and business processes and the impact on people • Business curiosity with a desire to continuously learn • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, aggressive, results-oriented culture • Strong knowledge of contract management systems (Ariba CLM, Selectica) and procurement analytics platforms. • Advanced analytical skills, including experience with data validation, reporting, and visualization tools. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments. • Experience supporting pilot projects, business case development, and cross-functional collaboration. • Familiarity with data governance, confidentiality, and compliance standards for contract data.
