Contract Administrator Job Duties * Managing NDAs * Onboarding new contracts * Creating Asana tickets for legal review * Communicating contract requirements and gathering submittals * Preparing and finalizing work orders and change orders * Issuing construction-related purchase orders * Validating quoted rates and managing quotations to ensure alignment with negotiated rates * Maintaining the preferred supplier list and rate repositories * Monitoring supplier performance and SLAs Relevant Experience/Skills: * Experience working cross-functionally. * High-level understanding of contract templates, NDAs, MSAs, and work orders. * Experience managing the onboarding of new vendors. * Construction experience is a plus. * Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting. * Demonstrated high-level understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. * Paralegal experience is a plus.
