Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administration Manager to join our team in Brentwood, TN, or Little Rock, AR. In this role, you will oversee the development, negotiation, execution, and management of contracts, customer agreements, and credit applications across the organization. You will be responsible for reviewing and managing contracts related to equipment services, ensuring compliance with company policies, mitigating risks, and optimizing business terms. Additionally, you will lead the credit application process, evaluating customer applications and managing account setup. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across departments, fostering collaboration to support business objectives.

ResponsibilitiesReview, analyze, and negotiate long-term service contracts, Purchase Orders (POs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and other agreements to ensure alignment with company policies and industry standards.Identify potential risks, propose revisions to mitigate liability, and secure favorable terms.Maintain a structured contract review process, ensuring adherence to legal and company policies.Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure contracts support business objectives.Oversee the credit application process, including evaluating customer applications, conducting financial risk assessments, and approving account setups.Develop and implement policies for credit approvals, limits, and risk mitigation strategies.Partner with the finance team to monitor accounts, resolve credit-related issues, and uphold financial integrity.Act as the primary liaison between legal, finance, sales, and operations teams to facilitate smooth contract execution and customer onboarding.Build and nurture strong customer relationships to foster trust and long-term partnerships.Provide guidance and training to internal teams on contract terms, credit policies, and best practices.Continuously refine processes to enhance contract review and credit application efficiency.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.4+ years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or a related field.Strong understanding of legal terminology, compliance requirements, and risk assessment.Experience with contract management software and databases.Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in fostering strong relationships across departments.Ability to build and nurture strong customer relationships.Experience in training and guiding internal teams on contract-related topics.Work Environment

The role is based in either Brentwood, TN, or Little Rock, AR, offering a collaborative work environment where communication across legal, finance, sales, and operations is key. The position involves regular interaction with diverse teams and requires the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and adherence to policies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
