Job Title: Service Contract Administrator, Field ServiceJob Description As a Service Contract Administrator, Field Service, you will play a crucial role in supporting contract management and renewal processes for the service business. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely contract administration, directly impacting the Field Service group. Responsibilities + Operate the agreement management system to effectively manage new contracts, renewals, and changes, ensuring alignment with company standards. + Monitor and analyze contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and identify areas for improvement. + Collaborate with Contract Administrators to tailor contracts according to requirements. + Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in contracts, working with internal teams as necessary. + Maintain comprehensive documentation of all contract agreements, amendments, and related correspondence. + Ensure adherence to legal and company policies related to contracts. + Download AR reports, check invoiced contracts, and reach out to contacts via email or phone, ensuring follow-up if there is no response. + Update customer contact information in the system using the M2K computer system. + Send invoices to customers and ensure they receive their renewal contract invoices. Essential Skills + Customer service orientation + Proficiency with computers, including systems like M2K, Teams, Outlook, and File Hold + Effective communication skills, both verbal and written + Self-starter with the ability to work independently + Ability to multitask and manage accounts receivable Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in contract administration + Data entry proficiency + Experience in updating information and client communication Work Environment This position is fully remote with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. You will be part of a team of nine, working alongside members located across the United States. The company offers a supportive culture with leadership that encourages growth. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.03 - $24.03/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
