Accounts Payable Specialist – Contract Opportunity
Location: San Antonio, TX
Duration: December 15, 2025 – March 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Onsite, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22/hour

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a short-term contract. If you have at least 2 years of AP experience and can handle high-volume invoice processing (100–200 per day), this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

Research vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Collaborate across all levels of the organization Manage priorities under tight deadlines with minimal supervision Quality check scanned invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness Perform other basic clerical duties related to an accounting department

What We’re Looking For:

Mandatory: 2+ years of AP experience (high-volume preferred) Familiarity with general ledger coding Beginner-level Excel skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Excellent communication and organizational skills Team player who adapts quickly

Nice-to-Haves:

Workday experience Adobe software knowledge
