Continuous Improvement Manager
The continuous Improvement Manager shapes how Global Business Services works, improves, and evolves by strengthening processes, building business intelligence capabilities and embedding continuous improvement into everyday ways of working.
By combining strategic direction with hands - on execution, this role delivers tangible results, improves service delivery, and supports the long-term development and maturity of GBS.
Key responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts supporting business intelligence, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support professional growth. Align team priorities with organizational strategy and GBS objectives. Prepare and present clear, outcome-focused updates and recommendations to senior leadership. Partner with global process owners to stabilize newly transitioned activities and support smooth integration into GBS. Align CI initiatives with the global GBS strategy, operating model, and service delivery vision. Support new migrations through process readiness assessments, risk mitigation, and early performance monitoring. Lead the development of BI dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making. Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive performance improvement. Build BI capabilities across the organization through training, coaching, and enablement. Guide tower leads in dashboard creation, data interpretation, and analytics-driven continuous improvement. Identify automation and digital opportunities across GBS, including RPA, workflows, process mining, and AI. Partner with IT and Digital teams to design and implement scalable, technology-enabled solutions. Drive adoption and sustainability through training, documentation, and performance tracking. Lead cross-functional CI projects focused on efficiency, quality, and service delivery. Apply structured methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile to deliver successful outcomes. Monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate results to leadership. Conduct post-implementation reviews to support sustainability of improvements. Develop KPI frameworks aligned with organizational goals and performance benchmarks. Build business cases and assess the financial impact of improvement opportunities. Track, validate, and report benefit realization after implementation. Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, Procurement, HR, and other stakeholders to identify and deliver improvement opportunities. Maintain alignment, communication, and engagement throughout project lifecycles. Build strong working relationships that support collaboration and broader organizational impact. Identify, apply and communicate change management principles to support adoption of new processes and technologies.
Requirements:
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred. 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5–8+ years in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Shared Services, or GBS environments. Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives. Strong proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), automation platforms, and process mining technologies. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a matrixed environment. Professional proficiency in English. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. Clear, confident communication and presentation abilities. Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution. High emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability. Demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver sustainable results.
