**Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join their team.** As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be part of the Operations department supporting both Engineering and Production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**What’s the Job?**
+ Lead and implement Lean and DMAIC-based improvement projects to support key plant performance indicators
+ Coach and mentor team members in Continuous Improvement tools such as root cause analysis, 5S, and Leader Standard Work
+ Drive and sustain a culture of improvement through training, audits, and the CI operating system
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify efficiency opportunities and prioritize high-impact initiatives
+ Facilitate Kaizen events and share best practices across plant operations
**What’s Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
+ 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or similar CI methodologies
+ Strong organizational and project management skills
+ Ability to influence change and motivate cross-functional teams
