- PSP Leadership and Improvement Prioritization: Lead the Problem Solving Process (PSP), prioritize improvement opportunities, and coach teams on structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Cross-Functional Issue Resolution: Drive alignment and collaboration across functions to resolve systemic issues and eliminate bottlenecks and recurring defects.
- Radiopharma Transformation Roadmap: Own the RP transformation roadmap, including planning, milestone tracking, and reporting progress to senior leadership.
- Productivity, Predictability & Cycle-Time Improvement: Lead initiatives that improve productivity, throughput, and cycle-time performance across the business.
- Process Excellence & Change Leadership: Champion process excellence, deploy best practices, standard work, process governance, and lead change management activities.
- Apply the ADKAR change management framework (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) to plan and execute change strategies that drive adoption and sustain business outcomes.
Required Qualifications- BA or BS degree
- 7+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, transformation, or change management, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, structured problem solving, or similar methodologies.
- Proven ability to drive change and lead improvement initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong analytical capability with experience developing KPI dashboards, insights, and performance reporting.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Desired Characteristics- Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt or higher).
- Experience leading enterprise-level transformation programs.
- Strong systems-thinking and process design capabilities.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
