As a Product Manager within the Enterprise Toolchain – Continuous Delivery team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and lead the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

 

Job responsibilities

Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityLeverages expertise in public cloud technologies, like AWS, to provide seamless integration and leverage managed services to enhance the developer experienceMonitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiationFocuses on creating an exceptional developer experience by understanding the needs and pain points of developers. Continuously improve the platform's usability, documentation, and support resourcesFosters a developer community and engage with developers to gather feedback, address concerns, and drive adoptionUses data and analytics to gain insights into user behavior, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the platform's performance and user satisfactionCollaborates with cross-functional teams, including User Experience (UX), Architecture & Engineering, to gather requirements, understand customer needs, and ensure successful execution of the platform

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementExperience in stakeholder communication across multiple functions.Expertise in cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and the ability to leverage cloud services to enhance product capabilities.Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery concepts and tools and experience in Agile development environmentsTechnical acumen to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly product featuresExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levelsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationAdvanced knowledge and experience with DevOps tools and technologies, such as Jenkins, GitLab, Spinnaker, Harness, or AWS CodeDeployExperience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like KubernetesFamiliarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormationBackground in software development, preferably with DevOps practices and methodologies.
