Job Highlights:

The Continual Readiness Coordinator must meet one of the following minimum qualifications:

Master's degree and LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT

Bachelor's degree in nursing and Registered Nurse

This Opportunity:The Continual Readiness Coordinator ensures ongoing readiness and compliance with Joint Commission (JC) and/or other accrediting bodies. This person will work collaboratively with staff, leaders and physicians across the agency to ensure knowledge transfer and survey consistency and readiness.

What You'll Do:

Assist the Vice President of Accreditation to facilitate compliance of all regulatory standards set forth by Joint Commission and other accrediting bodies.

Perform technical duties of coordinating, preparing, assessing, and reporting facility practice in regard to standard Joint Commission compliance.

Coordinate and conduct facilities assessments as part of continual readiness.

Assist with monthly and quarterly reports for leadership.

Participate in internal audit activities.

Assist with post survey reports and submission of items to Joint Commission and/or other accrediting entities as required.

Exhibit proficient understanding of compliance requirements/standards.

Provide leadership and interpersonal competencies necessary to develop, organize, motivate and coordinate groups across the organization.

Process sensitive, confidential and regulatory matters.

Demonstrate self-directed work practices.

Perform physician onboarding and other projects assigned.

Attend and actively participate in meetings and training as required.

Maintain certification in all agency, state and federal training requirements.

Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures, as well as state and federal statutes and regulations related to specific program areas.

Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in crisis situations.

Complete all other relevant responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Computer literacy with proficiency in Excel, databases and other monitoring programs.

Travel and driving and some overnight stays may be required.

Education We're Looking For:Bachelors of Science (B.S): Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Required), Masters: Human Services (Required)

Certifications We're Looking For:Drivers License (Valid) - USA, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) - State Board of Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - State Social Work Certification and Licensure Board, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - State Marriage and Family Therapy Licensure Board, Registered Nurse (RN) - State Board of Nursing

Experience We're Looking For:Clinical Service Definition Experience | 2 Years | Required
Joint Commission accreditation experience | 2 Years | Required

Schedule:Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)

Target Weekly Hours:40
