Contingent Talent Acquisition Specialist
Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description Join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a Contingent Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a surge in hiring across Field Ops and Customer Experience roles. This temporary role is expected to last 3-4 months, with potential for extension. Responsibilities + Source, attract, interview, and hire candidates for entry-level and professional roles. + Collaborate with the Customer Experience team and HR Business Partners on staffing plans and workforce forecasting. + Participate in career/job fairs and community events. + Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring goals for both internal and external candidates. + Stay informed on recruiting trends, compliance, and policies such as EEO and OFCCP. + Initiate and execute creative sourcing techniques through internet platforms and professional-based organizations. + Support diversity recruiting efforts and workforce development programs and initiatives. + Manage all candidate activity through an applicant tracking system (ATS). + Ensure legal compliance in all recruiting and hiring processes. Essential Skills + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a business-related field. + 2 or more years of experience recruiting in a corporate or staffing service environment. + Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably SuccessFactors. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Additional Skills & Qualifications + CIR or PHR Certification is a plus. + Professional interpersonal communication skills. + Ability to influence others and gain consensus. Work Environment Work is performed in a shared, open-office environment with hybrid work hours: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Wednesdays are the required office day for team collaboration. Core business hours are 8:30am-4:30pm. Business casual attire is expected, and jeans are permitted. Parking is provided in a gated garage downtown with costs covered. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of St. Louis, Missouri. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
