What you’ll be doing:

Support product content for all skus - this includes daily population of product and continual improvement of existing products within your assigned categorySupport and publish on-time and best in class website product content to coincide with product launches, catalogs, flyers, and online product promotionsMaintain product hierarchies, product attributes, cross-sell opportunities, and keywordsPartner with Content Providers, Merchandising, Assortment Management, Marketing, and Product Vendors to gain product knowledge and improve site contentWork with Marketing, Merchandising, and Vendors to support online programsBecome a Subject Matter Expert in your category for contentDeliver periodic and ad hoc reports for your categoryIdentify opportunities to improve processesAct as a point person for other teams regarding content issues

What you bring to the table:

Outstanding written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work closely & directly with the Category Managers and the Key SuppliersCustomer service focus to ensure our customers have a positive online experienceStrong analytical skills and problem-solving abilitiesCreative thinkingDetail oriented and intrinsically motivatedAbility to handle multiple projects and tasks, prioritize workload, and deliver on-time 

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

2+ years of related experience in content development or product marketing.Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel experience 

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Experience with eCommerce product web content and Content Management SystemsMerchandising, marketing, or business management background
