About the Role

Our Content Publishing Co-op program is designed to provide you with first-hand investment management experience. You will work closely with members of the content marketing team to contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of content and marketing initiatives. You’ll have the opportunity to work with business partners to understand content and marketing needs, emphasize the importance of brand standards and support digital publishing. You will work in a hybrid environment, gaining experience in both the in-person and virtual workspaces. 

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities vary depending on current rotation and assigned projects(s) and may include: 

Contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of content. Help business partners to ensure accuracy, timeliness, consistency and correct brand positioning for their content. 

Manage content inventories and forms including inventory management, content updates and approvals. 

Help manage organization of and reporting for global sales enablement and customer relationship management platforms, including communicating findings to marketing and related business partners. 

Required Qualifications:

Current Sophomore or Junior at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor’s degree 

Graduation date of Spring 2027/2028 or Fall 2028 

Preferred Qualifications:

High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics 

Proven organization skills and ability to manage time effectively 

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills 

Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills 

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite 

Technical aptitude to learn different software/technology platforms 

The company does not offer corporate undergraduate co-ops for students with F-1 visas.

Base Pay Salary

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $31 per hour. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurance.
