About the Role:
As a Content & Publishing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the life cycle of health-related publications, primarily journals. You will assist with supporting these high-impact products to market by performing foundational tasks that ensure accuracy and quality. Your work supports our mission to provide top-tier health information to professionals and consumers, making a meaningful impact on public health outcomes.

Basic Content Management: Knowledge of content preparation and formatting.Copyediting and Proofreading: Ability to assist in ensuring text accuracy.Organizational Skills: Capability to maintain extensive records and files.Market Research: Basic knowledge of common publishing indexes: Web of Science, Scopus, and PubMed.Digital Publishing Tools: Familiarity with content management systems and basic digital tools. Fluency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc.Experience with digital document workflow and automation tools would be highly recommended.Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team.Administrative Skills: General capability in supporting administrative tasks.Customer Feedback Monitoring: Ability to track and report feedback for content.Requires basic knowledge of theories, principles and concepts within disciplineimprovement.Communicates straightforward information.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Science (Preferably in Biology/Biotechnology/Bioinformatics/Clinical Research)Experience: 3+ years of experience in STM Publishing, specifically Medical/Clinical Journals. Experience working within digital content delivery/content management platforms.Travel Requirements:
