Content Excellence Specialist Director

Your new role

As our new Content Excellence Specialist Director you will:

Guide our future direction for structured content delivery Translate strategy into a roadmap for next-generation content capabilities, with concrete actions that drive execution Drive development and adoption of structured and digitally-enabled approaches to content generation Articulate and drive a vision for content automation, working in close collaboration with digital and process functions Drive culture change towards a structured content mindset across the business Secure partnerships across functions

 

Your new department

You will join the Cross-Portfolio Content Excellence leadership team, where we focus on written content and process excellence across therapy areas. As part of Clinical Reporting, our overall mission is to create and manage impactful strategic, scientific, and regulatory content across the value chain. We are a group of dedicated professionals who like to be bold in finding new ways of working.

 

Your skills & qualifications

We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

You hold a M.Sc., PhD, MD, DVM or equivalent qualifications You have minimum 8 years within the pharmaceutical industry, including extensive experience within written content (document) deliverables, process innovation, content automation or digital transformation You have minimum 5 years’ experience working under quality requirements such as GxP You have minimum 5 years of experience in either project or line management You have extensive experience with supervision and mentoring of staff You have extensive experience with communication and presentations You have extensive experience with collaboration across professional and regional borders and working in international and diverse professional groups.

 

As a person you communicate purpose and vision across the organisation, translate strategy into ambitious goals with clear priorities, and make bold, innovative decisions. You adapt quickly, hold yourself and others accountable, delegate and empower teams, and plan and prioritise to use resources efficiently. You frame strategic discussions, build networks with decision‑makers, and drive projects to deliver on strategy. Honest, committed and calm under pressure, you are organised, proactive and solution‑oriented, able to manage many tasks independently or in teams, and bring strong negotiation, communication, analytical and political skills.
