**Job Title:** Customer Service I **Location:** Rhode Island RI 02919 United States OR 525 William Penn Way, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, United States **Pay Rate:** $20/hour **Primary Responsibilities:** As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be the voice of our company, creating positive and memorable experiences for our customers. With a customer-first mentality, you will provide exceptional support over the phone, whether it's resolving issues or recommending tailored banking solutions. + Handle a variety of incoming customer calls to deliver high-quality solutions. + Calls may be back-to-back and vary in length; scheduled breaks are provided. + Recommend products and services based on customer needs to enhance their banking experience. + Receive extensive paid training to build expertise and prepare for increasingly complex inquiries. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role with exceptional performance. + Proficiency in computer systems. + Strong verbal communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. + Positive, customer-focused mindset with superior interpersonal skills. + Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. + Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency. **Schedule & Work Location:** + **Hours per Week:** 40 + **Shifts:** Various 1st and 2nd shifts (including 1 weekend day). _Must be available to work holidays._ If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
