What You’ll Do: + Make outbound calls using our dialer system to screen potential customers + Identify interest in insurance quotes and warm-transfer qualified leads to licensed agents + Maintain high-quality standards through transfer and bind rate metrics + Deliver excellent customer service and represent our brand with professionalism What You’ll Need: + 1–2 years of experience in a call center, sales, or similar role + High School Diploma or equivalent + A personal computer and a quiet, distraction-free workspace + Strong communication, time management, and typing skills + Insurance experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Options: + Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST + Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST + If working Saturdays, you’ll have Sunday off and can choose another weekday off.
