Contact Center Customer Service Coordinator

Our client, a data review and image‑moderation services provider, is seeking PhotoSearch Moderators to join their team. As a PhotoSearch Moderator, you will be part of the Quality & Compliance department supporting the PhotoSearch Safety Review Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and reliable problem‑solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$15.00 per hour

What’s the Job? Triage and review incoming PhotoSearch entries against content, technical, and eligibility criteria. Validate submissions to ensure they meet project requirements. Handle entries in compliance with company privacy standards and children’s privacy laws. Support a 24/7 engagement center, including potential evening and weekend availability. Maintain accuracy, consistency, and safety in all reviewed content.What’s Needed? High School Diploma or GED. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly. Problem‑solving ability and attention to detail. Customer service skills and reliable work habits.What’s in it for me?
