Shape the backbone of digital identity and consumer platforms across the Nordics
We’re looking for a Consumer Platform Leader to take end-to-end ownership of some of the most critical capabilities in our consumer landscape: digital identity, authentication, signing, and shared consumer platforms.
This is a senior leadership role where you’ll combine technology vision, operational excellence, and people leadership to ensure our platforms are stable, scalable, and easy to use — while enabling teams across the bank to move faster and deliver better customer experiences.

Your mission
You will lead two key areas:
1. Nordic Identity & Signing
Owning digital authentication and signing solutions used across customer- and partner-facing journeys — with responsibility for availability, security, incidents, and continuous improvement.
2. Consumer Platform (CMS & EPI)
Providing a stable, high-performing common platform that enables consumer application teams to build independently, efficiently, and at scale.
Your focus will be on availability, standardization, re-usability, and cost efficiency, while continuously evolving the platform to meet future needs.
What you’ll be responsible for
End-to-end ownership of Auth, Signing, CMS and EPI platformsEnsuring high availability, performance, and incident readinessDriving 6–18 month platform and domain roadmaps with commercial and IT stakeholdersLeading planning, prioritisation, and backlog ownership in line with business prioritiesBalancing run, change, and transformation — from maintenance to migrations and obsolescenceMaximising standardisation and “out-of-the-box” platform delivery to application teamsDriving cross-team collaboration and removing delivery roadblocksProviding transparency on investments, maintenance, and platform healthActing as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadershipDeveloping talent and building a high-engagement, high-performing teamOwning 2nd line support within the platform’s scopeWhat success looks like (KPIs)
