Consumer and Community Banking - Credit Decisioning Unit - Strategy Executive Director

As a Strategy Executive Director in the newly created Business Banking Credit Decisioning Unit, you will lead the design and execution of strategic frameworks within Consumer and Community Banking. 

Job Responsibilities

Design and build a robust platform and framework to be utilized at the highest level of Consumer and Community Banking. Ensure the platform supports strategic initiatives and aligns with organizational goals. Lead program execution across various consumer business units. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation. Develop strategies for optimizing lending processes and practices. Implement tools and methodologies to enhance lending efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and define governance structures and risk appetite for lending activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Implement standards and practices that enhance clarity and accountability and promote consistency and transparency across the department. Lead initiatives with a focus on achieving strategic objectives and delivering measurable results.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills 

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy, program management or framework development  Experience in governance, risk management and compliance within the financial services industry Strong understanding of consumer lending practices and principles Experience in executing high-level strategies and initiatives Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Word 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

Advanced degree in Finance or Business Administration Familiarity with data analytics tools Experience in customer-centric strategy development
