As an Associate within our Consumer and Community organization, you will be critical in the support of our newly created first line credit function for the Business Banking organization.

Job Responsibilities

Manage, evaluate and support risk assessment processesDevelop and implement workflows to support consumer lending decisions, ensuring comprehensive documentation and transparency Engage in strategic collaboration with internal partners and stakeholders to align objectives

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills 

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field Strong understanding of credit/financial documentationExceptional communication and organizational skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and complianceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
