Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated technical Manager fluent in Arabic and English, based in Egypt, to manage client relationships and lead project delivery on-site. This pivotal role requires both technical expertise and demonstrated experience in managing enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Strong technical skills in Pl/SQL, Unix and debugging.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in Egypt, ensuring day-to-day coordination and seamless communication.
• Lead local projects and coordinate with global counterparts to deliver project milestones on time.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing concerns and identifying growth opportunities.
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and status updates in both Arabic and English, ensuring clear, culturally attuned communication.
• Prepare and review relevant documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to regional project management best practices.
• Support business development by leveraging regional knowledge and networks.
Required Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience IT or Technology sector.
• Proven client-facing experience, with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Deep understanding of the Egyptian business environment and professional practices.
• Experience working with multicultural, cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Project or other project management tools.
