**Job Description**
Are you a technical expert with proven client partnership and program management skills in the telecom industry? Join our Communications Consulting team as we deliver innovative 5G solutions for a Tier 1 Service Provider.
As our Technical Program Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful rollout of our products within the customer's environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless deployment process, acting as the senior liaison between our team and the client. You will be the go-to person for overarching program-related inquiries, providing solutions and managing expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle while ensuring that the output of the Consulting team consistently maintains the highest level of quality.
This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset. The successful candidate will be responsible for successful end-to-end execution, aligning stakeholders, managing risk, and delivering measurable outcomes on time and within budget.
**Responsibilities**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Act as a trusted advisor and advocate, building strong customer relationships and ensuring Oracle delivers value aligned with our client’s business objectives.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters, resolving concerns and setting clear expectations.
+ Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, services, support) to understand requirements, ensure alignment, and drive timely project completion.
+ Lead interdepartmental coordination, resource management, and work allocation to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
+ Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
+ Provide regular updates to both client and Oracle leadership, ensuring project transparency, progress, and key issue management.
+ Drive lessons learned, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Improve delivery efficiency through process optimization and automation.
+ Regularly use available AI tools.
+ Facilitate program review meetings to gather feedback and uphold consistent quality and customer satisfaction.
**Required Experience:**
+ Minimum 15 years' customer-facing program management experience in the telecom industry, with 5+ years leading large-scale, complex multi-year network or cloud deployments (Tier 1 operator or large SI/vendor experience)
+ Solid background in managing projects with multiple product deployments in client-facing, fast-paced environments.
+ Expertise in program management at scale (Agile/waterfall) and executive stakeholder management.
+ Experience with 5G technology is highly preferred.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
